  • What are the details required for Membership Registration?

      For Free Membership:

    • Contact Details i.e, Mobile No, eMail Address
    • MeeSeva Center Particulars i.e., Franchise Code, Business/ Shop Name, Authorized Owner Name, Center Address, Center Allotment Date (if available), Center Latitude & Longitude (if available)
    • MeeSeva Owner / Franchisee Personal Details i.e., Name, Address, PAN No
    • Scanned copies of the following:
      • Passport Size Photo of MeeSeva Center Owner / Franchisee - in jpg format (Size <50kb)
      • PAN Card of MeeSeva Center Owner / Franchisee - in jpg or pdf format (Size <100kb)
      • MeeSeva Franchise Certificate issued by SCA (TSTS / TSOnline) - in jpg or pdf format (Size <200kb)

      For Paid Membership:
        Following details are required in addition to the above details -

    • Total Amount Paid
    • Receipt No (Issued by TGMF) or Transaction No. (in case of online transfer)
    • Date of Payment
    • Account Details for Payment of Fee (in Online Mode):

  •   Scanned copies of the following are required during Membership registration process:

    • MeeSeva Franchise Certificate issued by SCA (TSTS / TSOnline) - in jpg or pdf format(Size <200kb)

  •    In case of facing difficulties while doing membership registration, call us on mobile nos 9966814256 or 9849241234.

  •    Yes. A unique Membership Application Number will be generated after successful registration and Membership Application Form in PDF format will be sent to the eMail address that is given while registration.

  •    After verification, status of membership application i.e., either approved or rejected, will be sent to the registered eMail address that is given at the time of registration.

  •    After approval, Membership Form, Membership Id Card & Memebership Certificate will be sent to registered eMail address. If required, Registered Members can get their Membership Forms, Membership Id Cards & Memebership Certificates from downloads page available in member area, which can be accessed through Memeber Login page.
