About MeeSeva
"MeeSeva" in Telugu means “At your service”. It is a flagship e-Governance initiative designed to provide Government-to-Citizen (G2C) and Government-to-Business (G2B) services through a single integrated digital platform.
MeeSeva was launched with the vision of bringing public services closer to citizens through transparent, efficient, and technology-driven service delivery systems.
e-Seva, the predecessor model, operated under a public-private partnership framework and provided various G2C and B2C services efficiently across Telangana.

Growth of MeeSeva
Evolution Since 1999
e-Seva began with a single center offering six services and handling around 1,000 transactions per month.
It later expanded into nearly 200 centers offering over 160 services and processing millions of transactions every month.
MeeSeva was officially launched in November 2011 to provide citizen-centric digital services through assisted service delivery centers.
On average, more than one lakh citizens were served daily, making MeeSeva one of the most impactful digital governance initiatives in Telangana.
Integrated Digital Platform
MeeSeva operates in coordination with the Telangana State Data Centre, State Service Delivery Gateway, and State-Wide Area Network to ensure seamless real-time connectivity with government departments.
Departments such as Agriculture, Education, Revenue, Industry, Health, and Municipal Administration are integrated into a centralized digital ecosystem for faster and transparent service delivery.
